My church is running a fitness class for its members. Is Bible thumping a good aerobic activity?
We have a hymn and hers section for both men and women. We call our Old Testament workout "Sweating to the oldies." My favorite part of aerobics is where we roll in the aisles.
My church does the same thing. We actually raise Hosanas and lift our Spirts for aerobics. They're not as intense as Bible thumping but if you repeat them enough, they're effective. Then, for those not up to aerobics, we offer a Pontius Pilates class.

I lost weight by keeping my calories around 1300 a day, and exercising at least 1 hr a day, at least 5 days a week (more if possible).
I walked, jogged, aerobics DVDs, strength training DVDs, etc....and still do. I also bicycle and trikke these days.
Water? Some...not as much as I should.
Carbs? I don't count carbs, I just switched to whole grain breads and tortillas, brown rice, etc and tried to eliminate "white" carbs (other than potatos sometimes).
Sexy Fitness
This was the moment I had been waiting for: my first session of i to Pole Fitness. I was excited and intrigued by what I would see and learn.
Tony says to stay in "the zone" in Plyometrics and Kenpo. But he doesn't say what "the zone" is. I couldn't find it defined in the P90X fitness guide.
Is it the aerobic zone only? Or is it the aerobic and anaerobic zones combined?
I ask because I assume he means the aerobic zone only, but the people in the videos sometimes give their heart rates which often aren't in the aerobic zone.
A related question:
Is Plyometrics considered an aerobic exercise? My heart rate skyrockets in some of those moves. Should it be considered interval training instead?
Benefits of cardio exercises is priceless, what about those in wheelchairs. Any good aerobic videos for them?

I remember back in the 80s there was a daily fitness show that had people sitting in straight back chairs doing their excercise. I have not been able to find anything like that.
I am needing the videos that gives the instructions on how to perform the movements all from a seated positon.
